2. Non-Refundable Digital Products

Because our service delivers immediate, irrevocable access to downloadable insights, proprietary code, and real-time AI Mentor generation, all payments made on Brute2Best are final and non-refundable.

• No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds, unused-time refunds, or prorated credits for Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual subscription plans.
• Account Inactivity: Inability or failure to use your subscription during your active validity period does not entitle you to a refund or retroactive extension.
• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks without contacting our support desk will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and learning records.

3. Subscription Cancellations

While past payments are non-refundable, you maintain full control over any recurring billing:

• You can cancel recurring subscription renewals at any time directly through your account or payment gateway receipt.
• Upon cancellation, your Pro privileges remain fully active until the natural end of your current paid billing period.
• You will never be billed for subsequent billing cycles once a cancellation has been registered.
