1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Brute2Best (available at brute2best.vercel.app or associated domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Accounts and Authentication
To track your algorithm progress, save solve states, or purchase subscriptions, you may register an account using verified email credentials or one-click third-party authentication (such as Google OAuth or GitHub OAuth).
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
- Individual Personal Use Only: Accounts are strictly for a single individual's personal interview preparation. Account sharing, credential pooling, renting, or simultaneous access across multiple individuals is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.
3. Intellectual Property, Anti-Piracy & Personal Preparation License
All original algorithms, dry-run state machines, step-by-step visualizers, architectural diagrams, UML blueprints, Low-Level Design case studies, editorial notes, and AI Mentor responses are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Brute2Best and its creators.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content solely for your own individual technical interview preparation.
- No Copying or Scraped Mirroring: You may not copy, extract, download in bulk, reproduce, or duplicate any problems, explanations, diagrams, or animations.
- No Reselling or Commercial Exploitation: You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, bundle, or monetize any Brute2Best materials, code solutions, or study notes in any course, channel, or repository.
- No Screen Recording or Public Distribution: Broadcasting, recording, streaming, or sharing platform content, proprietary UML diagrams, or AI responses publicly on social media, Telegram, Discord, or file-sharing platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Enforcement: Any violation of these anti-piracy provisions will result in immediate termination of platform access and appropriate legal action for copyright infringement.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Non-Refundable Digital Services
Brute2Best offers free foundational tiers as well as paid Pro tiers (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Pass):
- Free Foundations Available for Evaluation: We provide full free access to all foundational patterns and anchor questions so you can test and evaluate the platform before making any payment.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Because all digital Pro privileges, AI Mentor compute, and proprietary case studies are delivered immediately upon successful transaction, all purchases on Brute2Best are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. - Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through certified gateway partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store credit card or banking secrets on our servers.
5. Acceptable Use & Platform Security
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest solutions or questions.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with access controls, paywalls, or authorization tokens.
- Abuse progress synchronization endpoints or flood the platform with malformed requests or denial-of-service traffic.
6. Disclaimer & Career Preparation Scope
Brute2Best materials are designed to build problem-solving mental models and algorithmic intuition. While our curriculum is structured to prepare engineers for Tier-1 technology companies, we do not guarantee specific job offers, interview outcomes, or corporate placement results.
